Sizing

Not sure about your ring size?

For the best fit, we recommend getting sized at a local jewelry store or by a jeweler.

You can also use a ring sizer, which you can order online. They are easy, affordable, and quick to use. When using one, make sure it feels snug but not tight.

All sizes are in USA/Canada standard sizing. You can also tell us your size in any other units and we can convert it for you.

What if my ring size is between two sizes?

If your size falls between two standard sizes, we recommend choosing the larger one. For solid gold rings, we offer quarter sizes. For other metals, we currently offer half sizes only.

If your size is not listed, please reach out and we will be happy to help.

If the ring doesn’t fit after it arrives, contact us and we can create another ring that meets your requirements at a reduced price.

Custom Process

How does the custom process work?

Step 1: Choose your design

Go to our custom page and fill out your ring details. Choose the metal, width, size, and what you want inside the ring. You can also add notes or upload photos to help us bring your design to life.

Step 2: Place your order

Purchase the listing and wait for our response within 24 hours. We will send you the address to send any materials if needed and answer any questions you may have.

If you are sending sentimental items such as memorial ashes, pet fur, or similar mementos, make sure everything is completely dry before mailing. Send items via post office and note that shipping costs are your responsibility. For multiple items, seal and separate them and label each with the corresponding name on your order. Clearly mark the package with what it contains, for example memorial ashes.

Step 3: Crafting and preview

We will create your custom ring, which takes 3 to 6 weeks. Before shipping, you will receive an image of the finished ring to review and approve.

Step 4: Shipping

Once approved, your ring will be shipped to you with free tracking so you can follow its journey.

Care Instructions

How do I take care of my custom ring?

Our rings are made to be durable and withstand most activities, but need extra care. Avoid prolonged exposure to water to prevent discoloration. Do not wear your ring in swimming pools, saltwater, or when using acetone as these can damage the inlays or metal.

Please avoid hitting your ring against hard surfaces, and take it off before doing any physical or heavy activity.

For cleaning, use mild dish soap or a jewelry cleaner.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

We are proud to offer free shipping worldwide.

When will I receive my ring?

All rings are handmade to order and shipped via Chit Chats with free tracking. Please allow 3 to 6 weeks for completion and delivery. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you of any changes.

Do I have to pay tariffs or import fees?

For all orders shipped from Canada to the USA, we ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), so all tariffs and import fees are included in the price. You will not have to pay anything extra.

For solid gold rings, we cannot ship via Chit Chats and must use FedEx. In this case, tariffs apply and are around 35 percent of the cost.

What if I never receive my ring?

While very rare, it is possible for a ring to be lost in transit. If this happens, contact us and we will recreate your ring at no extra cost. Specifics may vary depending on the situation.

Returns & Warranty

Do you offer returns?

Because each ring is handmade and custom, we do not offer returns.

What if my ring doesn’t fit or I’m not satisfied?

If your ring doesn’t fit or you are not completely happy, contact us. We can create another ring that meets your requirements at a reduced price.

What type of warranty do your rings have?

All our rings come with a lifetime warranty. If your ring is damaged, contact us and we will repair it and return it to you for a small fee, usually just the cost of shipping.

Warranty coverage can vary depending on the situation, so please reach out if any damage occurs.
